The Kick-Off Meeting (KoM) took place in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, on days 24-26th February 2016. The first day of the Meeting the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC) celebrated a common day for the three capacity building projects: PONCHO, REVET and MIND all of them approved during the 2015 call and coordinated by ULPGC. During the KoM the “Management of the Erasmus+ Grant for Capacity Building projects from the ULPGC: common rules of the financial and technical management”was presented and a session for debate was opened after the presentation in order to answer doubts and questions. Furthermore all participants were invited to join a “Team building” activity. This activity was designed in order to strengthen the relationship among partners and create new bridges for future cooperation and of course with the intention of generating a companionship environment. The second day of the meeting a specific session for the REVET group was celebrated; the Asian Partners started their presentation, first they introduced their Institution and Faculty and after that the specific situation of the Veterinary studies in their Country was treated in groups per country. All the Work packages (WP), as well as the Partnership Agreement, were presented and explained in detail. All Committees were elected by unanimity.
